How do I join?

What classes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of classes throughout the day including HIIT; Legs, Bums & Tums; Steps; Self Defence (Taekwondo);Body Pump; Yoga and many more! See your chosen gym’s Class Schedule for details.

What facilities do you have?

We offer all the practical facilities you could desire including changing rooms; shower rooms; filtered drinking tap; vending machine; secure lockers; and a vanity area with hairdryers and straighteners. Check with your preferred gym location for details.
