I have been a qualified PT for 4 years now. I have enjoyed being a PT since the day I qualified and constantly strive to put my all into my clients’ development. I am conscientious, personable, and always on hand to help members with any guidance they may need.

Sport has always been my go-to from childhood to adulthood. I played football for many years and then went on to compete in athletics. I have an extensive knowledge of athlete performance requirements within specific sports and can provide tailored advice and coaching on what training programmes you should be doing in order to maximise your performance output.

I am a fully qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer and online transformation coach with over 5 years of experience. I am also a qualified sports nutritionist. With my knowledge in these areas, I’ve helped over 60 people to transform their body and life.
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, I am an ex-professional dancer and a black belt kick-boxer so I have a big passion for helping people to find what they actually enjoy when it comes to training and a passion for helping them to make changes that ensure fitness will become part of their lifestyle and not just something that they might dip in and out of inconsistently for years.
Whether your goal is to get stronger, gain muscle mass, lose body fat, improve your sports performance, work the pads or to rehabilitate an injury, drop me a message and I’ll be more than happy to work with you and guide you into achieving these particular goals. I’m a no BS coach, so be ready to work hard in your sessions with me as your trainer, I’m nice I promise! but I will push you and help you to unlock your full potential in the gym. Remember, you cannot make a change to your body without putting the work in!

We offer a wide range of classes including HIIT; Legs, Bums & Tums; Steps; Body Pump; Yoga and many more! See your chosen gym’s Class Schedule for details.

What facilities do you have?

We offer all the practical facilities you could desire including changing rooms; shower room; filtered drinking tap; secure lockers; and a vanity area with hairdryers and straighteners. Check with your preferred gym location for details.
