Sport has always been my go-to from childhood to adulthood. I played football for many years and then went on to compete in athletics. I have an extensive knowledge of athlete performance requirements within specific sports and can provide tailored advice and coaching on what training programmes you should be doing in order to maximise your performance output.

I’m all about helping women feel strong, confident and totally take control of their fitness journey. I’m here to cheer you on, challenge you and celebrate every win - big or small! I love teaching classes as well as working one on one through personal training sessions that are anything but one size fits all. Every session is tailored to you - your goals, your vibe, your pace. I believe the gym should be a judgement free zone where woman lift each other up (and heavy things too!) and I am passionate about creating a space where you can feel empowered and supported!

I've been training for 10 years now, and like most people,
I first joined the gym just wanting to improve how I
looked. Over those 10 years, I had a baby, went to
university, and began training in mixed martial arts.
Despite the ups and downs, I continued my fitness
journey, as it was the one thing I managed to stay
consistent with.Fitness has taught me discipline, constant
self-improvement, and how to be comfortable with the
uncomfortable. It has empowered me with both mental
and physical strength. I cannot imagine my life without
