The intensity of boxing keeps me motivated and gives me the opportunity to constantly improve my skills while staying in peak condition. It’s a great way to stay energized and motivated, both in my personal fitness journey and as I help others reach their own goals.

My interest in this area inspired me to pursue a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, allowing me to combine fitness and recovery to create safe, effective, and personalised training for every client.
