Sport has always been my go-to from childhood to adulthood. I played football for many years and then went on to compete in athletics. I have an extensive knowledge of athlete performance requirements within specific sports and can provide tailored advice and coaching on what training programmes you should be doing in order to maximise your performance output.

Is fitness my passion? Yes, but it wasn’t always. I didn’t grow up having a dedicated sports background but one day I wanted to improve myself. That’s when I first started my fitness journey. The gym can be a scary place and I am here to make it less intimidating. My goal is to help others find their feet and make progress towards their goals.  I’m currently working towards being a fully qualified PT so I can help others in more ways than I could before.

I have always had a drive and passion to stay active and be healthy. Having older siblings who played sport growing up gave me a competitive drive to keep up with them and is what kick started my love for health and fitness. After year a of teaching English abroad , I decided to meld my passion and job into a career and work towards getting my Personal Training certificate.
     
I now hold a Level 3 certificate from ISSA (International Sports Science Association). I believe that balance in all aspects of life is key, and not only makes you healthier and
happier but makes the process much easier and enjoyable.

How do I join?

Simply click “Join Now” in the top right of the webpage and select your preferred gym location. Choose your desired membership and get started NOW! You can also sign up at the gym (concessions must sign up at the gym).

What classes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of classes including HIIT; Legs, Bums & Tums; Steps; Self Defence (Taekwondo);Body Pump; Yoga and many more! See your chosen gym’s Class Schedule for details.

What facilities do you have?

We offer all the practical facilities you could desire including changing rooms; shower rooms; filtered drinking tap; vending machine; secure lockers; and a vanity area with hairdryers and straighteners. Check with your preferred gym location for details.
